We really need to see any contract made and all bills.
ReplyDeleteIf there's a contract for maintenance it hasn't resulted in maintenance being effective.
If payment is per callout, then work hasn't been done properly.
In either case, payment should be witheld.
The comment in March asks about seeing the maintenance contract - has that been made available? Do we now know what is covered etc?
